My name is Penny Miller and I am a long time customer of New Life Nail Spa.  I first used Ms Darling service because she did home service and I didn't enjoy going to nail salons.  I have very bad sinus and the smells would make me sick.  She came to my home and did an outstanding job, she even bought aromas to help my sinus I was extremely happy.  I had her come when my daughter and granddaughter were visiting from Maryland they both loved their treatments.  I hired her to do my pamper birthday party, the ladies truly enjoyed the spa treatments foot soaks, mani/pedi and massages they got.  My daughter hired her to do her daughter's birthday party in Maryland she was wonderful with the children they got mini facial and mani/pedi the young ladies loved it and her.  She has a wonderful loving and caring spirit.  When my niece was getting married I took the entire wedding party to her place where not only did she take care of each person but she had the place decorated for them. Theresa stays on top of all the latest in skin care for your fingers and feet she explains what is good and bad.  She will not do things that are the fab if she knows its not good for you.  Her place of business invites you in from the moment you enter music, TV, hot and cold drinks, snacks etc awaits you.  The sitting area has all the latest magazines.  Once I started going to her place I no longer had her come to me, the place is an oasis. I retired and relocated since 2011 and I make it a point every time I can go to New York to call and get an appointment.  Ms. Darling needs a school so she can teach people in this business to not just do mani/pedi but to do mani/pedi care her professionalism is top notch.  I can't recommend her enough her place is outstanding. -Ms Penny Miller 

 I LOVE NEW LIFE NAIL SPA!!!!! Whenever I go to New Life it is a relaxing and comfortable experience. The atmosphere is calming and welcoming and Theresa makes you feel at home. Theresa takes her time to make you feel special and not rushed.  I go on a pretty regular basis and have even taken my parents.  I have only one problem those decadent chocolates that I introduced her to they keep calling my name. -Cheryl

Theresa came highly recommended to me from a CND education ambassador after I had some bad experiences at other salons that claimed to use CND's shellac system. In addition, my nails seemed to present a challenge to the then new 14-day manicure, as I always experienced lifting before the 2 weeks were up. Theresa took me in and together we worked hard to find a solution to the problems I was experiencing, even though none of her other clients had issues. She was determined, patient, kind, and understanding, and finally through some trial and error, we were able to work out a protocol to make my shellac mani's last as long as advertised. I highly doubt any other nail tech would have been as willing and dedicated to help me make it work. One of the things that most impressed me about Theresa is that unlike many nail tech's who use questionable products, intermix systems, and take little precaution to ensure the health of the nail, Theresa treats your nails like jewels and follows the manufacturer's protocol to a T, always being sure to use the system as a whole. She also continues take classes and to educate herself about new products. Theresa is simply one of the most professional and hard-working nail tech's I have ever met. She goes to great lengths to make each client feel special and unique, and to make sure that each of their needs are met. In addition, I am always amazed at the thoughtful ways she thinks of to touch base with her customers and to show them how much their business is appreciated.
