Appointments: Appointments are made to provide convenience to your busy schedule. Being late is unavoidable however, depending on the circumstances, I may have to shorten or reschedule your service. As for frequent “No shows” may force us to no longer honor your appointment requests.

Cancellations:

Cancellations: 24hour cancellation notice or rescheduling for all salon services and special events packages. If cancellations or rescheduled special events packages are not received within the policy limits the 50% deposit will not be refunded. No exceptions!

Services fees: All prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are final. There will be no refunds on services, including gift cards. final. No Refunds on services, No cash back on gift cards, new gift will be issue for balance.Please note that gratuities are not included in the service prices.


All Special Events packages required 50% depositon a valid credit card at the time of booking. However,special eventspackages required 48-hour noticefor cancellation or rescheduling. Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. A $35 fee is charged for returned checks.

Gift Cards: No cash back on gift cards, you will receive new gift card for balance.

Junior Guests: Children are not permitted in the service areas unless they are receiving a service themselves.
